During this time, the safety of our staff and customers is of upmost importance.

As we slowly begin reopening our stores and return to serving you, we are working to carefully implement safety measures for your wellbeing and safety. Below is a list of the measures we are currently taking at all Pallet locations:

• All cafes currently operating with takeout service at the door
• Customers must wait outside while maintaining 6ft distance from one another and staff
• Designated ordering and pickup stations, to maintain social distancing
• Masks and gloves provided for all staff members
• Contactless service with card only transactions/no cash currently accepted
• Frequent and thorough sanitization protocols followed during service hours
• Sanitizer readily available for customer and staff use
