Convert the High Street into a pedestrian friendly shared space street

The example above is Argyle Street in Halifax. This would reduce priority for cars and allow them to enter the pedestrian space as a guest, rolling slowly, rather than right now where pedestrians cross the vehicle space, and cars sometimes travel too fast. It will make the street a nicer place to hang out.
