Have a brewery on Burnaby Mountain (UniverCity) that should service both beer and craft non-alcoholic beverages (craft pop/sodas). This could work closely with the SFU Continuing Studies program in beer, giving students hands on experience and there could be a rotating tap option developed by the SFU program an proceeds from sales could go to further support/promote the program.
A great indoor/patio setting with a large garage door wall that can be opened in nice weather would give both campus and city community a place to gather. Food trucks could be rotated giving additional food choices on campus.
